Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan benefits continue until the end of your billing period.
How does the earning multiplier work?
The earning multiplier increases the rewards you receive from quizzes, tournaments, and challenges. For example, with a 2x multiplier on the Pro plan, a quiz that normally rewards $0.50 will reward you $1.00 instead.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period and won't be charged. Your card will only be billed after the trial ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, M-PESA, and cryptocurrency. Payment methods for withdrawal include PayPal, bank transfer, and M-PESA.
Can I use the platform on multiple devices?
Yes, all plans allow you to use the platform on unlimited devices. Your progress, earnings, and streaks sync automatically across all your devices.
What happens to my earnings if I downgrade?
